Joan is an amazing accountant. She is really responsive, approachable and always willing to help and reply in the more efficient way, with general and specific issues and questions. She always keeps in touch if she sees something missing, or alerting of things like the support scheme for self-employed during the pandemic. She was definitely a helping hand during these troubled times, I don’t know how I waited so long to get an accountant and have this much more time and peace of mind.
